First of all when applying for an account, you state that you have READ, UNDERSTOOD and WILL FOLLOW
the rules and terms of use as stated here in this agreement.
Endoria Networks (or endoria.net), is a not-for-profit Internet Service Provider. It consists of a number of
volunteers who put all their money, effort and experience in this organisation. Endoria Networks does not earn any
money out of the offering of services, so we expect you to do the same. Therefore we have some strict rules/terms on
the use of an Endoria.net WWW account.
Terms of use
I. General
a. Using an endoria.net account is a privilege, not a right
b. Endoria.net does not allow ANY illegal content on their servers
c. Endoria.net preserves the right to deny access to any of its servers/services
d. Endoria.net preserves the right to decline your application without stating the reason
e. Endoria.net preserves the right to delete, edit or disable your account without stating the
reason
f. Endoria.net preserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any moment, without any
notification towards the users.
II. Privacy
a. Endoria.net will guard the privacy of the users, but will assist and cooperate with local authorities, if
an account has been used for illegal activities.
III. Content
a. Endoria.net does not allow ANY illegal content: copyrighted material, pornography in any form or
other material which, to Dutch law is illegal, whatsoever.
b. Users are responsible for their OWN content.
c. Endoria.net will NOT take ANY responsibility for the content of users' webpages.
d. Endoria.net does not allow users to use their webspace as a simple 'mp3-dump', webspace must serve a
legible purpose and MUST contain a DIRECT VISIBLE site.
IV. Usage
a. The owner of the account will not use it's account for illegal activities like wares, illegal material as
stated in III.
b. The owner will follow the Fair Use Policy as stated by Endoria Networks. Excessive use of bandwidth
and/or other resources will be penalised.
V. Guarantee
a. Endoria Networks does NOT guarantee any continuation of its services.
b. Endoria Networks does NOT guarantee performance-related demands on any of the resources available. E.g.
available bandwidth, quota or other measurable resources.
VI. Application
a. Applications without a good password will be rejected.
b. Accounts which ARE NOT USED within 24 hours, that is: contacted by FTP, will be DELETED without
notice!
c. You may only have ONE account per person.
I accept and understand the above rules/terms and will follow these rules/terms.
